One of the key factors for promoting economic exchange in this era of globalisation is an appreciation of the issues relating to interculturalism. This round table enabled the participants to share their experiences with French and Arab business leaders, who gave us their advice on the best approaches to adopt for successful communication, negotiation, and management in a Franco-Arab context.

Participants:

  • Ingie Chalhoub, President and Managing Director of the Etoile Group and Artistic Director of Ingie Paris
  • Hakim El Karoui, Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants
  • Mohamed Jaidah, Managing Director of Jaidah Group
  • Morgan Marchand, Consultant and International Management Instructor at Sherpa Formation

Debate chaired by Eric Chol, President and Editor of Courrier International
