The library of the Arab World Institute presents the culture and civilisation of the Arab world through its pluridisciplinary collections. It is deliberately orientated towards the contemporary Arab world, although it also aims to bring together sources of classical Arab culture, and seeks to meet the needs of both specialists and the wider public.
